Pacific Microelectronics Inc., Taiwan is the designated PCB manufacturer.

About three decades ago, the global electronics market split into those who designed and developed products and those who manufactured them. In early 1980-s, many US and European companies found cheap and convenient production facilities in the South-East Asia. At that time Taiwan already had modern production plants involved in manufacturing of printed circuit boards, mounting of electronic components and production of packages, keyboards and displays.

It was in autumn of 1985 when the PCB manufacturing company - Pacific Microelectronics Inc. was established. In 1989, Pacific Microelectronics Inc. merged with another Taiwan electronic component mounting company - Yilong Assembly Inc. establishing its own integrated electronics contract manufacturing infrastructure. Today, Pacific Microelectronics Inc. is one of the largest and most modern companies in the South-East Asia. No other Taiwanese or Chinese manufactures have such complete and integrated production facilities and capabilities. Only few plants in Asia are capable of performing such wide range of manufacturing and processing operations at one production facility.

In late 1990-s, Pacific Microelectronics Inc. entered the Russian market offering the PCB manufacturing and electronic component mounting services. We have become a reliable partner for many companies, and to be closer to our customers we opened offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg cities, and since April 2008 our office also operates in Kiev.

At present, Pacific Microelectronics Inc. efficiently cooperates with many companies in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and other CIS-member states. We provide our manufacturing services to the leading producers of security systems, telecommunication facilities, medical equipment, cash registers, precision measuring instruments, industrial controllers and household appliances.
