Do you manufacture stencils for applying solder paste?

— Yes, we manufacture stainless steel stencils for applying solder paste and laser cut pad windows.

What materials do you use for manufacturing PCBs?

— We manufacture printed circuit boards using modern materials: FR-2, FR-4, FR-5, CEM-1, CEM-3, PI,PTFE, Rogers and other.

What types of PCBs does PACIFIC manufacture?

— We manufacture single-layer, double-layer and multilayer (up to 24 layers) printed circuit boards.

In what format do you accept original files for PCB manufacturing?

— We accept original files any format.

Do you design PCB layout?

— No, our company is focused on manufacturing of PCBs using a customer’s documentation.

What are maximum dimensions of PCBs that you can manufacture?

— Dimensions of single-layer and  double-layer PCBs that we are capable of producing are up to 550 x 550mm.

— Dimensions of multilayer PCBs are up to 460 x 508mm.

What is the largest multiple panel PCB produced by PACIFIC?

— Maximum dimensions of multiple panel PCB are 460 x 500 mm.

What PCB manufacturing accuracy class does PACIFIC ensures?

 — We can manufacture PCBs of the 5th and higher accuracy class as per GOST 23571-86 – design rule - up to 3mil

What diameter should be indicated in a drilling file: diameter of a drill or diameter of a hole after plating?

— It is better to indicate diameter of a hole after plating, but if you have already selected a drill diameter it is necessary to inform our managers thereof when placing an order.

Are multilayer circuit boards subject to e-test and is it possible to reduce the cost of an order by non-running PCB tests?

— The cost of e-test is indicated additionally in the PCB order cost estimate. If a customer orders PCB e-testing, 100% of products are subjected to test. A customer can refuse to test PCBs, but in this case the company accepts no claims related to PCB quality (short circuit in inner layers and other similar defects).
