We can manufacture printed circuit boards, purchase electronic components according to specifications and mount them in compliance with assembly drawings. Our manufacturing capabilities allow for mounting of components of any complexity (SMD mounting, mounting of DIP components, mounting of BGA microchips).

The advantage of Pacific Microelectronics is that when purchasing components for large scale serial production we gain lower prices for electronic components. It is well known that Asia being the world electronics production center is the place where all available electronic components are supplied to. Besides that, electronic components are, as a rule, produced in Asia and, therefore, we have to wait less time and can buy them cheaper than anywhere else. To reduce the cost of your products, specialists employed by our Russian offices are ready to provide qualified assistance in finding the equivalents of domestic and scarce components.

Another advantage of Pacific Microelectronics is that we have about 50 high-speed SMT mounting machines (mounting 1 component per 0.06 seconds). Besides that, our production facilities are fully capable of using lead-free technologies. Modern equipment allows for maintaining a temperature profile of each component in the process of mounting of various types of components on PCBs and guaranties the same quality as that of PCBs with components of the same type.

Our equipment operates 24 hours a day. Equipment load factor is an order of magnitude higher than that of a producer who operates machines for his own needs only. Therefore, the cost of machine time per one product at such load is minimized.

Pacific Microelectronics accepts various PCB SMD and DIP mounting orders. We use individual approach to each customer. First, we agree with you the specifications, scope and timeline of production and delivery of finished products as well as payment terms and price.

All PCBs assembled for you at our production facilities are subjected to 100% assembly quality control. Omron, Sony and Panasonic optical and X-ray inspection and testing equipment is used for these purposes. We can additionally run both soldering quality tests and functional tests in compliance with a customer’s testing program.

PCB Assembling Terms and Procedure

In order to preliminary estimate the cost of SMD and DIP mounting you need to provide us with a list of components (BOM) indicating number of each individual component and its manufacturer and also a total area of a PCB with indication of material and number of layers. To gain the desired price, it is desirable that you indicate an estimated price per product.

To finally place an order you need to provide an assembly drawing in AutoCAD format, PCB layout (in any format), information about specific parameters to be tested and other specific production requirements.

At a customer’s request we can manufacture a reference sample of PCB assembly and, upon its approval, start serial production. Advanced payment, upon placing an order, is 50% of the cost of the work. The balance is paid by you after being notified that the finished products are delivered to a warehouse.

A timeline of execution of a placed order is agreed upon in each individual case and depends on electronic components delivery schedule as well as on a manner in which finished products will be delivered to a customer. An average time period is 10-12 weeks. In case of serial production we need to agree a total value of production, frequency of shipments and number of products in each deliverable (lot). We guarantee quality of finished products and their timely delivery to a customer.

At your request the assembled products can be delivered at the address indicated by you. 

In case of long-term cooperation, depending on delivery method, payment terms and ordered quantity, we offer discounts and installment payment.

How to Order

If you wish to place an order for contract manufacturing of PCBs with component mounting and assembling, you need to send us (in any manner convenient for you) the following information:

 — quantity for order

 — PCB layout in any format

 — bill of material (BOM list)

 — PCB assembly drawing

 — specific requirements for component mounting

 — desired order execution timeline

 — samples and photographic pictures, if possible

 — full name, address and bank details of  company

It is necessary to provide full information on each component and indicate precise quantity of components.
