SMD Mounting

Pacific Microelectronics has its own modern production facilities and infrastructure for mounting electronic components on printed circuit boards. We have about 50 high-speed SMT mounting machines (mounting 1 component per 0.06 seconds). Each of our SMT lines allows for mounting up to 1,300,000 components per day and is fully in line with lead-free/ RoHS principles.

High-Speed SMT Mounting Machines

— Panasonic CM-402L (mounting rate: 1 chip per 0.06sec, 1 QFP per 0.21sec) – 26 machines

— Panasonic CM 202- DS (with control of all up to 0.04mm BGA contact points) – 10 machines

Solder Melting Device (SMD) Machines

— АМD 199-VMX-L — 3 machines

We primarily use less than 3 years old Japan-made screen printers and soldering equipment for ensuring ideal quality of BGA microchips soldering and with less than 5mm lead pitch.

All PCBs assembled at our production facilities are subjected to 100% assembly quality control. We can also run both soldering quality test and functional test to availability of a respective customer’s program. We provide our customers a 100% a full guarantee for both the quality of soldering and the quality of mounted components.
