The production facilities of Pacific Microelectronics allows for manufacturing PCBs using high temperature high frequency materials, namely: FR-4 High TG, PI, PTFE, PPO, Rogers, Taconic and other, PCBs on metal substrates and to produce flexible as well as flexible and rigid printed circuit boards.

However, the most widely used materials are FR-2, FR-4, FR-5, CEM-1, CEM-3.
